Refund policy

Our outfits are handmade to order; therefore we require 7-10 working days for your order to be complete. If you have any questions regarding your order, please drop us an email on hello@maceandco.ae or contact us on 0585971785.

Unfortunately, embroidered outfits cannot be returned or exchanged so please check the size guide to ensure you buy the correct size. Items without embroidery can be returned within 7 days or can be exchanged within 14 days, however you are responsible for all return/shipping costs, you can use our courier service for a fee of 20dhs each way. 

If the item has been worn, we have a right to refuse the return or exchange.
